Your information.
Handled with care.
This notice describes how this version of The 1906 Agency website handles information.
Project enquiries
When you submit the project enquiry form, we collect your name, business or project name, email address, service interests, project description, timing and your consent to respond. We use that information to assess your request and contact you about it. The form does not subscribe you to marketing.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in the website’s hosted database. The enquiry inbox is restricted to authorised agency access. Please avoid submitting passwords, financial account details or confidential client material.
Technical information
The website uses Cloudflare-backed hosting through Sites. Hosting and authentication providers may process technical request information. To limit repeated form submissions, the application stores a temporary hashed request-source identifier and submission count. The application does not store the raw IP address in the enquiry record.
Fonts, animation and analytics
Epilogue and Manrope are served directly from this website. The wave background runs in your browser. This website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits and successful project enquiries. Google may process cookie identifiers, browser and device information, and interaction data. Our analytics code does not send your name, email address, business name or project description to Google. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled in the website tag. The enquiry form does not save a draft of your answers in browser storage.
Bookings
When a Cal.com booking link is configured, the booking page offers an optional calendar and a direct link. The external calendar loads only after you choose to load it. Information entered in that calendar is handled by Cal.com and the calendar services connected to the agency’s booking account.
Sign-in
The public website can be viewed without signing in. The agency enquiry inbox requires authenticated agency access. The hosting sign-in service manages its own authentication information.
Access, corrections and questions
For questions about an enquiry, or to request a correction or removal, contact the agency through your existing agency contact or the project enquiry form.
Review and updates
This notice reflects the features currently implemented. It will be reviewed as the public website, providers and business information are finalised.
